Master Plans

Council has completed a number of master plans for reserves. These master plans assist Council to complete work in a financially sustainable way, while ensuring that the reserves meet the needs of the current and future users.

Kensington Gardens Reserve Master Plan

The Kensington Gardens Reserve Master Plan will deliver significant environmental and recreational benefits to the reserve and the surrounding creek ecosystem.

Penfold Park Master Plan

The master plan provides an evidence-based and strategic approach to future works, and will ensure that Penfold Park is able to cater to all members of the community now and in the future, as the need for open space increases.

Tregenza Oval Master Plan

The master plan ensures that Tregenza Oval and its surrounds will be an inviting space that caters to both structured sports and unstructured recreational activities, now and into the future.

Bell Yett Reserve Master Plan

The Bell Yett Reserve Master Plan was developed based on a community-led design approach. This approach gave residents an opportunity to have a real voice on a public space which they are passionate and knowledgeable about.

Regal Theatre Precinct Master Plan

The Regal Theatre Precinct Master Plan provides holistic direction for the future of The Regal Theatre precinct that is strategic, evidenced-based and considers community feedback, current and future demographics, and emerging trends and community needs.

Marryatville Precinct Master Plan

The Marryatville Precinct Master Plan is a joint project with the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters, covering a section along Kensington Road from Maesbury Street to May Terrace. It aims to improve greening, tree canopy, streetscapes, traffic and parking management, people movement, activation and heritage protection.
