We know that when you move there are a lot of things you need to do and remember. So here is a checklist of who you may need to contact to change or notify your change of address:

Council:

Rates, Dog Registration, Green Waste, Library.

Other:

  • Utilities: Water, Gas, Electricity, Home Phone, Mobile Phone, Internet, Cable TV (eg Foxtel, Austar etc).
  • Insurance: Home, Contents, Car, Health/Medicare, Ambulance.
  • Other: Centrelink, Australian Electoral Commission, Employer, Superannuation, Bank/Credit Union, Car Registration and Licence, Lotto, School/Day care/Kindy, Club Memberships, Newspaper, Medical Practitioners.
  • Friends and Family: Mail redirection can be arranged through Australia Post.
