Objection to Valuation

If you do not agree with the valuation of your property you can object in writing to the Valuer General within 60 days after the date of service of the rate notice.

Objection to Land Use

This form is to be used to place an objection to the land use description which Council has used for the purpose of levying a differential rate to your property. The form must be completed and lodged with Council within 60 days after receiving your 1st quarter rate notice.

Vacant Land Construction Rebate Application

If you are about to build your new family home on land rated as ‘vacant’ for the current rating year and can demonstrate that building works have substantially commenced (the concrete footings have been poured) before 30 June, you may be eligible for a rate rebate.
