Capture the Moment Exhibition

The opening event for this exhibition was on Friday 2 September at 6 pm. The opening speaker was Kelly Morris, Cultural Coordinator for the City of Tea Tree Gully. The Capture the Moment exhibition celebrated individual diversity as each member sought to capture a moment in their unique way of seeing and recording.

Works included expressive pools of colour and line to carefully arrange photo realistic compositions. It also embraced the group’s passionate involvement in community arts, where members seize every opportunity to share original artwork and raise an awareness of the value of creative expression for all.

The exhibition featured a diverse range of mediums including painting, drawing, print making, photography, ceramics and mosaics.
