Ancestry Library Edition

The Ancestry Library Edition electronic resource is now available to patrons within the library. Ancestry is a database aimed at those doing genealogy. There are more than 4,000 databases and 1.5 billion names!

Troveis the National Library's free search engine. It enables enquirers to:

  • Search the catalogues and find the holdings of libraries across Australia.
  • Search and access the National Library's databases of digitised newspapers, archived websites, maps, pictures, photos and music and video files.
