This class is designed for complete beginners, those nervous to start swimming.
With a 1:4 ratio, our qualified teacher can assist you through each step of your learn to swim journey.
The end goal of these classes is to become more comfortable with submerging and floating, gain confidence in moving independently through the water, develop a freestyle stroke.

Enrolment into Adult Level 1 lessons entitles the swimmer to free entry into the Centre, outside of the lesson day and time. This is to encourage further exposure and increase practise of skills being developed within lessons.
These classes aim at taking the novice swimmer, and turning them into a proficient swimmer of freestyle and backstroke.
With a 1:5 ratio and a qualified teacher in the water assisting you with your stroke, this class aims to develop your swimming skills and support individual goals.

A Stroke Correction class is aimed at fine tuning a proficient swimmer's stroke. You must be able to swim a minimum of 50m-100m continuously. People have various reasons for wanting to join a stroke correction class - You may be training to compete in a triathlon or want to improve the efficiency of your stroke to swim greater distances? A qualified teacher can assist and classes can be tailored to support individual goals.
