- 2024 Term 1: Saturday 3 February - Saturday 9 March (6 weeks)
Please note: Lessons do not operate on Public Holidays and fees are pro rata.
With the nature of seasonal swimming at Burnside Swim School, we have a staggered enrolment process. Those enrolled in the most recent term, 'current students' have first priority to re-enrol into the new term. Bookings in a current students' class are reserved for the proceeding term, during phase 1 and until enrolment deadline dates outlined below. Please note, payment acts as confirmation of the same booking. If you have not confirmed your enrolment before the dates and times stated below, your booking will be cancelled and the spot may be made available to another student. Current students then have the opportunity to change to a different class/day/time into the spaces remaining. The program may then be opened up for new students to enrol into lessons, all new bookings are subject to vacancies.

To secure your swim lesson booking, term fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment. If enrolling over the phone the Centre will accept VISA or MasterCard, if enrolling at the Centre cash, EFTPOS, VISA or MasterCard will be accepted. Cashless transactions are preferred.
Enrolment Details
Current Students (students that were enrolled in the most recent Term of lessons) have priority in the re-enrolment process into the following term.
A three phase enrolment process allows families to;
Phase 1: Confirm their current (Same) class/day/time
OR
Phase 2: Change to a (Different) class/day/time - includes progression to the next level.
Then
Phase 3: (New) students may enrol into any remaining vacancies- includes new siblings.
Enrolment Process: From Term 4, 2023 into Term 1, 2024

Phase 1
- Re-enrolling into the Same class/day/time
Please call the Centre to re-enrol between 10 am and 6 pm
From 10 am Monday 4 December to 12 pm Saturday 9 December 2023
Please note: Phase 1 is open for confirmation of Same class/day/time ONLY, no other action may be considered at this time. Lesson payment acts as confirmation of a booking and must be received by 12pm Saturday 9 December 2023. Non-payment will result in the lesson reservation being cancelled and the position being made available for other 'current' students to change into.
Phase 2
- Enrolling into a Different class/day/time
Please call to enrol between 10 am and 6 pm
From 10 am Monday 11 December 2023 to 12 pm Saturday 16 December 2023
Please note: Phase 2 is open to 'current' students ONLY, looking to change lesson enrolments to a Different class/day/time. All enrolments are subject to vacancies. Please call to check for appropriate lesson availability and to secure a position in the program. Following phase 2, remaining vacancies may be open for New students to enrol.
Phase 3
New students (those not enrolled in Term 4, 2023 - includes withdrawn students):
- Opportunities for New students to join the Swim School program may open;
From 10 am Wednesday 20 December 2023 (all New enrolments are subject to vacancies)
- Assessments available from Wednesday 20 December 2023 bookings are essential.(Assessment bookings open from, 16 December 2023)

Learn to Swim; Crab (beginner) level - through to Adult lessons

- Saturday 11 November - Saturday 16 December 2023 (6 weeks): $ 123
Term 1, 2024:

Please Note:
- Prices stated are per student booking.
- Full payment is required upon booking, to secure your position in the program.
- Prices will be pro rata if you join part-way through a term, or for terms containing public holidays.
December Holiday Program
Burnside Swim School will be running a School Holiday Program in December, available for children 3 years and over.
Monday 18 - Friday 22 December 2023 (5x Lessons) $112.50
Enrolments for the School Holiday Program will open from Monday 20 November 2023.
A free assessment may be required, to ensure enrolment into the appropriate level. Book into an Assessment (for the School Holiday Program) from 18/11/23. Assessments will run from Monday 20 November, bookings are essential. Please contact the Centre for further information and continue to monitor our website for any updates.
VACSWIM - January
George Bolton Swimming Centre, Burnside continues as a host venue for the VACSWIM program over the summer holidays.
The VACSWIM program will be running from Monday 8 - Friday 12 January 2024.
