Family Initiative Supporting Children's Health (FiSCH)

Family Initiative Supporting Children’s Health (FiSCH) is a program to help you as a family with the tools and information needed to feel safe, secure and confident in your ability to support your child’s development.

FiSCH is a series of accessible workshops from local service providers for new parents on topics such as:

  • emotional literacy
  • social development
  • developmental milestones

Child and Family Health Service

If you require further information on any of the topics offered through this program, you are encouraged to contact the Child and Family Health Service (CaFHS). CaHFS provides free support for all children 0-5 years living in South Australia by responding early in life to children’s health, development and wellbeing needs.

CaHFS works with families for the best health and development outcomes for children and staff will refer families to other healthcare and community services as required.
