You can put your food scraps and organic waste in your green organics bin to be collected and commercially composted. Or set up your own home compost and improve your garden soil and make your plants healthier at no extra cost.

Home compost is great for use on gardens as an organic soil conditioner to improve soil characteristics such as increased nutrients, aeration and water holding capacity. Materials suitable for composting include most food scraps, garden prunings and small quantities of paper/cardboard.
