Marryatville Precinct Master Plan

The Marryatville Precinct Master Plan is a joint project with the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters, covering a section along Kensington Road from Maesbury Street to May Terrace. It aims to improve greening, tree canopy, streetscapes, traffic and parking management, people movement, activation and heritage protection. The master plan will ensure any future development in the area is planned, purposeful and complementary. The master plan was developed based on two rounds of community consultation, and endorsed by Council in August 2024. The next step is detailed design.
