Building Notifications

Before a building notification can be lodged with Council, we require the following information:

  • Builder's Name 
  • Business Name (if different from Builder's Name)
  • Business address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number and 
  • Builder's licence number of the licensed building work contractor responsible for carrying out the relevant building work.

For development applications with the application number format of 2100######, you can submit your notifications online via the PlanSA Portal.
