Note: Council will only clear debris from Council trees, not trees on private property. If the resident bundles up piles of bark etc, Council will pick up piles on request. The customer needs to request for this service every time. We cannot provide a specific time but will get done within the following week.
Autumn Leaf Collection Program
To reduce the amount of leaf litter entering our waterways and to ensure that our streets and footpaths are clear, Council runs an annual Autumn Leaves Collection Program which is now available to residents.
To register for a leaf pickup for the following week, call us on 8366 4200 no later than 3 pm on Friday afternoon.
If you would like Council to collect leaves that have fallen from Council street trees in front of your property, please rake them into piles and place them on the verge or at the front of your property near the gutter. Leaves on the road or in gutters and branches are not collected as part of this program.

The program generally runs between August and November each year depending on weather conditions. During the program, specific roads and footpaths are cleaned approximately fortnightly.
