Eastwood Community Centre

Eastwood Community Centre operates from a City of Burnside owned facility located at 95 Glen Osmond Road, Eastwood, on the eastern border of the City of Unley. Users of the Centre come from both within the City of Unley and the City of Burnside.

Eastwood provides a variety of different activities for all age groups. Courses are conducted in a range of learning programs that include Language, Movement, Computer Studies, Art & Craft, Dance and Music, and specialist classes for people with special needs. Various groups meet regularly at the Centre, and they include several for mums and kids, such as the Burnside and Unley Australian Breastfeeding Association. Other sub-groups serve the needs of the frail elderly, seniors, the Eastwood Choir, and those seeking outdoor leisure activities. In addition to organisations such as the Humanists, anonymous support groups meet at the Centre on a weekly basis.
