George Bolton Swimming Centre Burnside

The George Bolton Swimming Centre will reopen on 30 November for the 2024/25 swimming season. We look forward to seeing you there. 

When the temperature exceeds 35º C at 5 pm the Centre will remain open for one hour longer than normal closing time.

Pools will be cleared of patrons 10 minutes before close time. 

Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve - the Centre will close at 6 pm. Christmas Day and Good Friday - the Centre is CLOSED.

The George Bolton Swimming Centre Burnside is a Watch Around Water Endorsed Pool and is committed to providing a safe and family friendly environment.

Accessibility

• Accessible toilets: 3 family/disabled toilets, 1 ambulant toilet in male change room and 1 ambulant toilet in female change room.
• One Changing Places facility - includes shower, toilet, adult change table and hoist system.
• Disabled car parking: 2 spaces accessed via service drive in Hazelwood Park.
• Access ramps into building and around pools.
• Ramp entry into main pool.
• Fully fenced.
