George Bolton Swimming Centre Burnside

We are now closed for the off season and will reopen for season 2024/25 in late September 2024.

When the temperature exceeds 35º C at 5 pm the Centre will remain open for one hour longer than normal closing time.

Pools will be cleared of patrons 10 minutes before close time. 

Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve - the Centre will close at 6 pm. Christmas Day and Good Friday - the Centre is CLOSED.

The George Bolton Swimming Centre Burnside is a Watch Around Water Endorsed Pool and is committed to providing a safe and family friendly environment.

Accessibility

• Accessible toilets: 2 family/disabled toilets, 1 ambulant toilet in men's change room and 1 ambulant toilet in female change room.
• Disabled car parking: 2 spaces accessed via service drive in Hazelwood Park.
• Access ramps into building an around pools.
• Ramp entry into Main pool.
• Fully fenced.
