Nurture the body, mind and soul with simple moving meditation exercises that bring clarity and calmness while promoting strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. Classes will feature the Yang style Tai Chi short form (37 postures) and Qi Gong exercises for overall health. Suitable for all ages and ability levels.
