What to bring:
A drink bottle for yourself, a light blanket for your baby, and anything else you might need. Mats provided but feel free to BYO.
*Mums must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by a medical professional to begin exercise classes. Please let the yoga teacher know if you are pregnant.
