Australia Day 2025

This year the City of Burnside's Australia Day Celebration will be held at The Regal Theatre.

The celebration event will include;

- The announcement of the 2025 Winners of the Australia Day Council's Citizen of the Year Awards
- Speech by Australia Day Ambassador and 2017 South Australian of the Year Mrs Kate Swaffer
- Citizenship Ceremony - over ninety new citizens will be officially welcomed to our community
- Performance by Burnside Youth Concert Band
- BBQ Brunch prepared and served by the Country Fire Service (CFS) of Burnside
- Lamingtons and juice served by Lions Club of Burnside
