Deputation Request
A deputation may be made by a person or group (maximum 2 speakers) who wish to appear personally before a Council meeting in order to speak on a particular matter. The deputation request must be received at least 24 hours prior to the Council meeting at which you wish to be heard.
Each deputation wishing to be heard by the Council needs to complete the Deputation Request form. If a group applies for a deputation there is a maximum of 2 speakers sharing the allocated time for the deputation.
To request a deputation you need to complete the online form below or use the printable version to deliver a written request addressed to the Principal Office of the City of Burnside.
Printed requests can be dropped off at Council’s Customer desk located at 401 Greenhill Road, Tusmore or posted to Principal Office of the City of Burnside, PO Box 9, Glenside SA 5065.
