BBQ & Beers

This event took place on Wednesday 21 February. Guests learnt cooking tips, the best rubs and marinades to use, carving and trimming techniques and which cuts of meat to choose. Tastings were provided, accompanied by beer and wine. Guests relaxed in a garden style setting outside the Courtyard.
