South Australian Living Artist Festival August 2025

Call for artists for this high quality mixed media South Australian Living Artist (SALA) Festival exhibition:
Accepting 2D and 3D artwork created around the theme of ‘wildlife’. Artists are encouraged to let their creativity soar. This theme may suggest non-domestic fauna and flora, the use of wild materials, the interpretation of personality or environment.
Online applications are now being accepted by the Pepper Street Arts Centre Selection Panel.
Before submitting your application please read our Art and Craft Policy and Guidelines.
Important Information
- The selection panel is a group of experienced, local artists and craftspeople.
- You will receive a confirmation of your application once it has been submitted.
- The selection panel meet monthly to assess applications. Therefore it can take several weeks for staff to contact you in regards to the outcome of your application.
- In certain circumstances, the panel may ask for you to bring in actual examples of your artwork, to support your online application. If this is necessary, staff will contact you to make a suitable time to do this.
- The Centre reserves the right to refuse accepted artwork which is not considered in keeping with the style and standard submitted in your application.

The panel and staff are not required to give feedback to artists relating to their submission.
