Sporting Licences and Sports Ground Usage

A permit may be granted by Council for use of ovals and reserves subject to terms and conditions set by Council. No commercial activities or organised sport can take place in any reserve without prior written permission from the City of Burnside, under By-Law 3. Use the form below to make a request for the hire of these spaces, subject to availability and outside of times where the area may be held under licence.

Use of the space can commence once:

• the approval has been received
• the permit has been signed by the user and the Council and both parties have a copy, and
• the prescribed fee under Council’s fees and charges has been paid.

Council requires two weeks’ notice prior to the proposed usage of the space.
