Event Information Kit
The Event Information Kit has been prepared to assist you, the event organiser, with planning a small or medium sized event in the City of Burnside; from hiring a community hall for a club meeting, booking a reserve for a family gathering, hosting a community fair, or holding a wedding in one of our beautiful parks.
The Event Information Kit has been prepared with on-line use in mind, so there are many hyperlinks to relevant website addresses and contacts included.
We have identified the issues most frequently dealt with by Council, to ensure that you provide a safe, healthy and happy environment with appropriate amenities for your attendees, whilst seeking to limit risk or potential damage to you the event organiser, attendees and the public, or to Council facilities and infrastructure.
Please be mindful that whilst all care has been taken in the preparation of this resource, it is not exhaustive, particularly as there may be particular requirements or special needs attached to your event which should be considered.
