Traditional, steady paced, classic yoga suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
These sessions are a journey together into traditional Hatha Yoga where we work through practices to balance, strengthen and tone the body, release through the joints, soothe the mind, elevate confidence in self and others to gain inner (and outer) strength.
We work together on the yogic path in a steady pace of Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathwork), meditative movement and Yoga Nidra (relaxation)
Session Times
Tuesdays 12:15 pm - 1:15 pm
Session Details
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and perhaps a cushion. Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in.
No Bookings Required - All are welcome
Please note all classes between Monday 14 October and Saturday 26 October will be held in the Burnside Ballroom due to Community Centre Hall upgrades.
