Providing current information and links to resources, this workshop aims to empower parents/carers to keep children safe in digital spaces. The session explores how to navigate technology, online platforms, and media content alongside children, with a focus on maintaining a connection and positive relationship.
Topics covered include:
- The ‘big issues’ in the online space - grooming, cyber bullying, social media, sharing images, games, and apps
- Where to find up to date, reputable information, and support
- Positive approaches to guiding children’s behaviour in the online world
